This role is ideal for a professional who takes pride in delivering elevated resident experiences, values discretion, and thrives in a fast-paced, high-touch service environment.\nAs a Concierge, you will greet residents, guests, and vendors, manage building access, and serve as a trusted point of contact for daily needs while ensuring privacy, professionalism, and exceptional service at all times.\nWhat You’ll Do\nProvide warm, professional service to residents, guests, and vendors. \nManage building access and guest/vendor check-ins. \nAssist residents with questions, requests, and coordination of authorized vendor access. \nMaintain confidentiality and uphold resident privacy at all times. \nRespond effectively to resident concerns and emergency situations, escalating when needed. \nLog daily activity, packages, and deliveries accurately in BuildingLink. \nContribute ideas to enhance services and improve the resident experience. \nSupport resident relations through timely follow-up and issue resolution. \nRequirements\nEducation & Experience\nHigh school diploma or equivalent required. \nPrior experience in hospitality, luxury residential, concierge, or customer service roles preferred. \nWhat You Need to Succeed\nStrong customer service and hospitality knowledge, ideally in a luxury environment. \nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills. \nHigh attention to detail and ability to multitask independently. \nComfort using technology such as email and concierge or property management systems. \nProfessional judgment, discretion, and a calm,
