This role combines valet services with front-facing concierge support, ensuring a welcoming, safe, and well-organized environment. As one of the first impressions of the property, this position requires strong customer service skills, professionalism, and attention to detail.\nWHAT YOU’LL DO\nGreet residents, guests, vendors, and contractors in a courteous, professional, and service-oriented manner.\nProvide valet services, including safely parking and retrieving resident and guest vehicles.\nVerify authorization of visitors and direct individuals to appropriate areas of the building.\nAnswer incoming phone calls using professional telephone etiquette and relay messages promptly.\nCoordinate and manage deliveries in accordance with property procedures.\nMaintain accurate security, service, and access logs.\nSafeguard and properly manage keys and access items issued during shifts.\nMonitor the lobby, entry areas, and common spaces to ensure safety, cleanliness, and order.\nUnderstand and follow building safety and emergency procedures, reporting incidents or concerns immediately to management.\nMaintain a professional appearance at all times, whether wearing a provided uniform or approved professional attire.\nBuild positive, respectful relationships with residents, guests, vendors, and fellow team members.\nRequirements\nValid driver's license.\nA strong customer service mindset with a hospitality-focused approach.\nPrior experience in valet, hospitality, luxury residential, hotel, or customer-facing roles is preferred.\nA valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and the ability to safely operate various vehicle types.\nProfessional communication skills, both in person and over the phone.\nReliability, discretion, and the ability to handle sensitive situations professionally.\nA neat, polished appearance and pride in representing a luxury community.\nAbility to meet
