Consent & Preference Management Program\n\nRole Purpose :\n\nPrivacy, consent, preference, DSAR, and business requirements. This Wipro role is responsible for delivering its assigned outcomes within the Ross governance, architecture, privacy, security, quality, and release framework.\n\nKey Responsibilities :\n\n- Lead discovery workshops for consent, preference, privacy, DSAR, and communication use cases.\n\n- Define consent taxonomy, purposes, channels, preferences, statuses, sources, and precedence.\n\n- Document current and target processes across POS, web, Epsilon, Marketing Hub, Bread Financial, Snowflake, and DSAR.\n\n- Translate privacy requirements into operational business rules with Ross privacy/legal stakeholders.\n\n- Define consent evidence, timestamps, sources, policy versions, and audit requirements.\n\n- Define DSAR intake, verification, discovery, fulfillment, deletion, correction, opt-out, exceptions, and audit.\n\n- Create user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, business rules, and traceability.\n\n- Support UAT and business sign-off.\n\nRequired Qualifications & Experience :\n\n- 8+ years business analysis/privacy consulting.\n\n- Consent/preference and DSAR experience.\n\n- OneTrust/Ketch or similar CPMP experience preferred.\n\nPreferred Experience :\n\n- Retail, consumer, loyalty, marketing, customer-data, privacy, or regulated enterprise experience.\n\n- Experience in multi-vendor environments with client and third-party platform teams.\n\n- Agile delivery and structured enterprise governance experience.\n\nKey Deliverables / Outputs :\n\n- Role-specific deliverables are completed against agreed acceptance criteria and phase gates.\n\n- Risks, dependencies, assumptions, and decisions are documented and escalated early.\n\n- Implementation evidence and documentation are complete for testing, audit, release, and operational handover.\n\n- Knowledge transfer is completed for Ross and Wipro operational teams.\n\nSuccess Measures :\n\n- On-time delivery of assigned outcomes.\n\n- Quality and compliance with approved Ross requirements.\n\n- Early identification and resolution of blockers.\n\n- Clear documentation, traceability, and audit evidence.\n\n- Effective collaboration across Wipro, Ross, and third-party teams.\n\nKey Stakeholder Interfaces :\n\n- Ross business, privacy, marketing, technology, data, security, and program stakeholders.\n\n- Wipro Delivery Head, Engagement Lead, Program Manager, Solution Architects, and engineering teams.\n\n- Epsilon and other approved third-party platform teams.\n\n- OneTrust/Ketch support or product teams where applicable.\n\nGovernance & Working Model :\n\n- Participate in relevant daily stand-ups, sprint ceremonies, weekly delivery governance, and phase-gate reviews.\n\n- Follow Ross and Wipro security, privacy, access, confidentiality, and delivery standards.\n\n- Maintain role-specific documentation and evidence.\n\n- Escalate blockers through the agreed Wipro-Ross governance path.\n\nSkills\nOneTrust, Business Analyst, Snowflake DB,
