Engagements are structured as discrete instructional projects with defined timelines and deliverables. Projects will be in various facilities throughout Northern Wisconsin\nKey Responsibilities\nDeliver pre-apprenticeship instruction, including:\nMC3 (Multi-Craft Core Curriculum)\nOSHA safety training\nCPR instruction\nConstruction math, blueprint reading, and tool identification\nHands-on construction skills training\nFacilitate engaging, high-quality instructional sessions aligned with program goals\nEnsure participant safety and adherence to training standards\nMaintain professionalism when representing WRTP | BIG STEP in training environments\nSubmit invoices based on instructional sessions delivered\nProject Structure\nAssignments are project-based, with clearly defined scope and deliverables\nProjects may last up to 16 weeks\nTotal engagement may not exceed 6 months within a 12-month period without renewal\nInstructors propose availability and maintain control over instructional methods\nWork Structure & Expectations\nIndependent contractor status (no employee benefits)\nResponsible for own taxes, insurance, and business expenses\nNot required to attend internal staff meetings or organizational functions\nOperate independently without employee supervision\nRequirements\nTo teach OSHA or CPR a valid Train-the-Trainer certification must be held:\nOSHA\nCPR\nDemonstrated experience in construction trades or workforce training\nAbility to pass background checks and comply with safety standards\nStrong instructional and facilitation skills\nTo Apply:\nSubmit your resume and copies of relevant certifications.
