This role will establish a common CI/CD strategy, integrate testing and release processes across teams, and ensure a release-ready software baseline is available throughout the development lifecycle.\nWhat you will do\nDefine and evolve the CI/CD architecture for the SWDS Build & Test Factory across software domains.\n\nDesign pipeline topology, release gates, artifact management, and deployment workflows.\n\nGuide DevOps teams in implementing CI/CD standards and architecture.\n\nDrive cross-domain integration, interface contract validation, and automated compatibility checks.\n\nDefine CI/CD governance, architecture roadmaps, metrics, and best practices.\n\nCollaborate with Architecture, DevOps, Release Management, Test Management, and Engineering teams globally.\n\nWhat you bring\nExperience\n10+ years of experience in CI/CD, DevOps, Software Architecture, or related areas.\n\nExperience designing CI/CD architectures for multi-product and multi-repository environments.\n\nExperience working within regulated software environments such as medical devices.\n\nSkills & Competencies\nExpert knowledge of Azure DevOps or similar platforms.\n\nStrong understanding of pipeline-as-code, containerization, artifact management, and cloud/hybrid build infrastructure.\n\nExperience integrating automated testing frameworks including HIL, SIL, UI, and API testing.\n\nStrong stakeholder management and architecture leadership skills.\n\nExcellent communication skills and ability to influence across organizational boundaries.\n\nWho we are\nAt WSA, we provide innovative hearing aids and hearing health services.\nTogether with our 12,000 colleagues in 130 countries, we invite you to help unlock human potential by bringing back hearing for millions of people around the world.\nWith us, you will become part of a truly global company where we care for one another, welcome diversity and celebrate our successes.\nSounds wonderful?
