You will support Infor ERP operations and projects globally, working mainly with IT colleagues and business users across regions.\nWhat you will do\nManage daily dispatch activities to ensure timely shipment of customer orders as per committed schedules\nCoordinate with warehouse teams and courier partners for order picking, packing, courier placement and dispatch execution\nPrepare and verify transport bills, freight invoices, e-way bills, delivery challans and PODs, and maintain accurate records for audit purposes\nTrack shipments, investigate delivery exceptions and coordinate corrective actions for delayed, damaged or short deliveries\nKeep Customer Service teams updated on dispatch status, delivery schedules, shortages, delays and escalations, and ensure accurate ERP/TMS entries for dispatch, billing and freight costs\nPrepare daily, weekly and monthly MIS reports on dispatch volumes, delivery performance, freight costs and pending deliveries, and support freight cost tracking and inventory reconciliation in line with company SOPs and transportation regulations.\nWhat you bring\n5 years and above of experience in logistics, dispatch operations or supply chain coordination\nBachelor’s degree in supply chain, logistics, commerce, business administration or a related field\nExperience in logistics billing, freight reconciliation, MIS preparation and customer coordination\nWorking knowledge of ERP/TMS systems and MS Office, with good proficiency in MS Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP and reporting)\nUnderstanding of transportation documentation, GST-related logistics documentation, e-way bills and freight billing processes\nGood communication, problem solving and follow-up skills, with experience in transporter management and POD reconciliation.\nWho we are\nAt WSA, we provide innovative hearing aids and hearing health services.\nTogether with our 12,000 colleagues in 130 countries, we invite you to help unlock human potential by bringing back hearing for millions of people around the world.\nWith us, you will become part of a truly global company where we care for one another, welcome diversity and celebrate our successes.\nSounds wonderful?
