compliance are essential.\nWhat you will do\nData Platform Engineering: Build, maintain, and continuously improve a scalable, automated Self-Service Data Platform that enables teams to develop and operate data products efficiently.\n\nData Product Development: Design, implement, and operate reliable data products for regulatory reporting, operational insights, and advanced analytics.\n\nData Pipeline Automation: Develop and optimize automated data ingestion, transformation, aggregation, and ETL/ELT workflows across multiple source systems.\n\nAI and Machine Learning Enablement: Provide high-quality data pipelines and infrastructure to support AI model development, deployment, lifecycle management, and integration into operational systems.\n\nAPI and Data Integration: Develop and maintain APIs and data interfaces that enable secure, reliable, and efficient data exchange between systems and applications.\n\nData Quality and Governance: Implement data quality controls, validation mechanisms, monitoring, and traceability to ensure data integrity, consistency, and fitness for purpose.\n\nPrivacy and Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that data solutions comply with applicable data privacy, information security, and regulatory requirements in the medical technology environment.\n\nCross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with data scientists, software engineering teams, enterprise architects, and business stakeholders to identify requirements and deliver reusable data solutions.\n\nDocumentation and Data Lineage: Maintain comprehensive technical documentation, data mappings, metadata, and end-to-end data lineage across systems and data products.\n\nTechnology and Automation: Evaluate and introduce technologies, engineering practices, and automation approaches that improve platform scalability, developer productivity, and operational reliability.\n\nWhat you bring\nTechnical Skills\nBachelor's degree in computer science, Software Engineering, Data Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience with work experience ranging between 6-9 years.\n\nExperience building and maintaining data pipelines, data integration solutions, and automated ETL/ELT workflows.\n\nHands-on experience with data ingestion and integration tools such as Fivetran, Stitch, Matillion, or comparable technologies.\n\nExperience with cloud-based data platforms and data warehouse technologies such as Snowflake, Amazon Redshift, Google BigQuery, or Microsoft Azure data services.\n\nProficiency in Python, Java, Scala, or another suitable programming language.\n\nWorking knowledge of data pipeline orchestration and workflow management tools such as Apache Airflow or comparable technologies.\n\nExperience with API development, data integration patterns, and distributed data processing.\n\nUnderstanding of data modeling, data architecture, data quality management, and data lifecycle concepts.\n\nExperience supporting AI and machine learning solutions, including the preparation, integration, and management of data for AI models.\n\nFamiliarity with automated testing, CI/CD, infrastructure automation, monitoring, and software engineering best practices.\n\nData Governance and Compliance\nUnderstanding of data privacy, information security, and regulatory compliance requirements.\n\nAbility to implement data quality controls, data validation, traceability, and documentation practices.\n\nExperience working with sensitive or regulated data is an advantage, particularly in medical technology or other regulated industries.\n\nProfessional Skills\nStrong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to translate complex requirements into robust technical
