In this critical role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and integrating innovative testing systems and software to ensure the quality and reliability of our products.\nYour expertise will directly impact operational goals, ensuring timely production support and successful product launches. You will work with cross-functional teams to solve complex engineering issues and drive improvements in our production test methodologies.\nWhat you will do\nTest System Development\nDesign, develop, integrate, validate, and maintain automated test systems and software for manufacturing and production testing.\n\nDevelop and support manufacturing test solutions for high-volume production environments.\n\nDevelop and maintain test software applications using C, C++, C#, WPF, and .NET Core technologies.\n\nDevelop test algorithms, automation tools, and data analysis applications to improve test effectiveness and manufacturing performance.\n\nHardware and Fixture Development\nDesign and implement test fixtures, hardware interfaces, jigs, and related test equipment.\n\nEnsure test systems meet product specifications, reliability targets, and manufacturing requirements.\n\nCollaborate with suppliers and vendors in the development, maintenance, and optimization of test hardware and fixtures.\n\nProcess Improvement and Optimization\nAnalyze existing test methodologies, systems, and workflows to identify opportunities for improvement.\n\nDrive continuous improvement initiatives focused on:\nReducing test cycle time\n\nImproving manufacturing yield\n\nIncreasing automation\n\nEnhancing test coverage and reliability\n\nImplement solutions that improve productivity, quality, and operational efficiency.\n\nNew Product Introduction (NPI)\nDevelop, qualify, and validate manufacturing test systems for new products.\n\nSupport NPI activities from concept through production deployment.\n\nEnsure test solutions are production-ready and meet manufacturing performance requirements.\n\nTroubleshooting and Technical Support\nProvide technical support for test-related manufacturing issues and production challenges.\n\nPerform debugging, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis on software, hardware, and integrated test systems.\n\nDrive corrective and preventive actions to improve system stability and product quality.\n\nDocumentation and Compliance\nCreate and maintain technical documentation, including:\nTest specifications\n\nValidation and verification plans\n\nTest reports\n\nWork instructions\n\nMaintenance procedures\n\nEngineering change documentation\n\nEnsure documentation complies with company quality standards and engineering processes.\n\nWhat you bring\nExperience\nDegree in Electrical & Electronic Engineering or a related field.\n\n3- 5 years of relevant working experience in a testing or manufacturing test development, test engineering, or related engineering disciplines.\n\nExperience in high-volume manufacturing environments is preferred.\n\nExperience supporting New Product Introduction (NPI) programs is highly desirable.\n\nExperience in medical devices, hearing aids, consumer electronics, or related industries is an advantage.\n\nWho we are\nAt WSA, we provide innovative hearing aids and hearing health services.\nTogether with our 12,000 colleagues in 130 countries, we invite you to help unlock human potential by bringing back hearing for millions of people around the world.\nWith us, you will become part of a truly global company where we care for one another, welcome diversity and celebrate our successes.\nSounds wonderful?
