In this role, you will combine technical expertise with business understanding to design, develop and implement intelligent automation solutions, including RPA, AI/ML integration and workflow orchestration. You will work mainly with internal stakeholders and support the automation strategy by delivering high-value solutions.\nWhat you will do\nAnalyze business processes, identify automation opportunities and translate business needs into technical requirements\n\nDesign automation solutions, assess feasibility and estimated benefits, and create process and solution design documents (PDDs and SDDs)\n\nDevelop, test and deploy RPA solutions using tools such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere or Power Automate, including reusable components and frameworks\n\nIntegrate bots with ERP, CRM, web applications, databases, APIs and cloud platforms, with exception handling, logging and monitoring in place\n\nProvide hyper-care and post go-live support, monitor bot performance, resolve production incidents and optimize existing automations\n\nTrain business users and support the enterprise automation roadmap, standards, governance and adoption across business functions.\n\nWhat you bring\n6-8 years of experience developing automation solutions using tools such as Automation Anywhere, UiPath, Power Automate or other automation platforms, including end-to-end RPA implementations\n\nBachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, software engineering or a related technical field\n\nHands-on experience in automation solution design, including process assessment, solution architecture, workflow design, exception handling and integrations\n\nGood knowledge of programming and scripting in Python, VB.NET, C#, PowerShell or JavaScript, and experience with SQL databases, APIs and web services\n\nExperience with AI/GenAI-enabled automation, intelligent automation, process mining or agentic workflows is advantageous\n\nAbility to work with stakeholders and cross-functional teams, and good understanding of the automation development and testing life cycles.\n\nWho we are\nAt WSA, we provide innovative hearing aids and hearing health services.\nTogether with our 12,000 colleagues in 130 countries, we invite you to help unlock human potential by bringing back hearing for millions of people around the world.\nWith us, you will become part of a truly global company where we care for one another, welcome diversity and celebrate our successes.\nSounds wonderful?
