In this role, you will provide senior technical expertise across the full solution lifecycle, from requirement clarification and architecture to development, deployment and operational support, working mainly with internal stakeholders across the organization.\nWhat you will do\nDesign and develop SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365 solutions using SPFx, React, Microsoft Graph, REST APIs, Power Apps and Power Automate, building reusable components aligned with enterprise architecture and development standards\n\nLead technical analysis and solution design together with business stakeholders, architects and business analysts, translating requirements into scalable designs, estimates and technical specifications\n\nOwn end-to-end technical delivery, including development, configuration, code review, testing, release, documentation and handover\n\nEnsure solutions meet security, privacy, accessibility, compliance and operational requirements\n\nProvide senior-level support and troubleshooting for business-critical SharePoint and Microsoft 365 solutions, monitoring performance and driving root-cause fixes and continuous improvements\n\nContribute to SharePoint and Microsoft 365 governance, standards, roadmap and modernization activities, and mentor developers on new Microsoft 365 capabilities and recommended practices.\n\nWhat you bring\nMinimum 8 years of experience designing, developing and maintaining enterprise SharePoint solutions\n\nSolid hands-on experience with SharePoint Online, SPFx, React, Microsoft Graph, REST APIs, PowerShell and Azure services\n\nExperience with Power Apps and Power Automate, including integrations with SharePoint, Teams and other Microsoft 365 services\n\nExperience delivering modern intranets, collaboration platforms, document management solutions and business applications\n\nGood knowledge of SharePoint information architecture, search, permissions, security, governance and lifecycle management\n\nExperience modernizing or migrating SharePoint on-premises solutions to SharePoint Online, with a university degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering or a related field.\n\nWho we are\nAt WSA, we provide innovative hearing aids and hearing health services.\nTogether with our 12,000 colleagues in 130 countries, we invite you to help unlock human potential by bringing back hearing for millions of people around the world.\nWith us, you will become part of a truly global company where we care for one another, welcome diversity and celebrate our successes.\nSounds wonderful?
