With our commitment to increase penetration in an underserved hearing care market, we want to accelerate our business transformation in order to reach more people, more effectively.\nWe’re looking for a Senior C# Developer to design, build, and maintain scalable test automation tooling/ frameworks and ensure reliable automated testing across environments through close collaboration with QA and development teams.\nWhat you will do\nDevelopment and Maintenance of Automation Frameworks\nBuild scalable and modular frameworks to support efficient test script creation\n\nDesign and implement reusable libraries and components to accelerate test script development\n\nEnsure automated tests run reliably during build, deploy and release cycles\n\nBuild custom test automation tools, frameworks and utilities to support automated testing across CI/CD pipelines\n\nEnsure the frameworks support multiple testing types, such as UI, API and integration testing\n\nRefactor code, parallelize tests and optimize tool usage to reduce test runtime\n\nArchitect scalable, modular and maintainable frameworks that support rapid and reliable test script creation.\n\nTest Execution, Optimization and Maintenance\nEnsure automated tests run reliably and consistently during build, deployment, and release cycles\n\nMonitor test runs, track pass/fail trends, identify flaky tests and escalate defects when necessary\n\nInvestigate, debug and fix issues in test scripts or automation tools to maintain test stability\n\nTroubleshoot automation failures and tooling issues promptly to minimize disruption\n\nContinuously refactor test automation code to improve readability, maintainability and performance\n\nImplement parallel test execution and optimize tool usage to reduce overall test runtime and resource consumption.\n\nCollaboration with QA and Development Teams\nUnderstand testing requirements\n\nGather feedback and deliver automation tools or enhancements that support test strategy and development workflows\n\nAligned with team goals and contribute to sprint deliverables.\n\nEnvironment Setup and Tool Configuration\nConfigure and maintain testing environments, ensuring all automation tools are correctly integrated and functional\n\nMonitor environment health and address any configuration-related failures that impact automation reliability\n\nCollaborate with DevOps and infrastructure teams to optimize environment performance and troubleshoot setup issues.\n\nWhat you bring\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science or related fields\n\n5+ years of relevant working experience as Automation Tooling Engineer\n\nStrong programming skills in one or more languages (e.g. C#, MSSQL, Python, Typescript, Powershell)\n\nExperience with test automation frameworks (e.g. Appium, Playwright, JUnit, NUnit, NSubstitute, FluentAssertions, BDD)\n\nKnowledge of API will be an added advantage\n\nExperience with Azure DevOps will be an added advantage\n\nExperience with performance/ load testing tools (e.g. JMeter, K6)\n\nExperience in service virtualization and test data management\n\nKnowledge of security and compliance testing tools is a plus.\n\nWho we are\nAt WSA, we provide innovative hearing aids and hearing health services.\nTogether with our 12,000 colleagues in 130 countries, we invite you to help unlock human potential by bringing back hearing for millions of people around the world.\nWith us, you will become part of a truly global company where we care for one another, welcome diversity and celebrate our successes.\nSounds wonderful?
