You will facilitate the production of Key Information Documents (pre-commercialization regulatory documents) for exotic and unprecedented trades. This may be by augmentation of an existing XML (a proprietary data structure representing the detailed mechanisms of Structured Products), extending the development of our in-house applications (user interfaces and agentic AI models), or by manually adjusting precedent documents in a word processor to capture a novel product’s terms.\nYou will also be responsible for answering queries regarding the content of such documents, including explanation related to risk metrics, analytics performances generated by our in-house quant engine and costs-composition, in line with regulatory requirements and industry standards.\nFurthermore, you will play an essential role in further integrating our clients into our systems and your exposure to cutting edge developments in the industry will be a key factor in driving the operational direction of our product’s development.\nYou will be joining an ecosystem of multiple teams consisting of software developers, quantitative analysts, regulatory and legal analysts, and linguists. You will be expected to work collaboratively with these teams and develop a deep technical understanding of all aspects of these functions, such that you can produce and explain the contents of these documents to front office stakeholders and their clients.\nDue to the competitive nature of the industry, these requests will be subject to tight deadlines and turnaround times. As such, speed, accuracy and precision are imperative, as is your ability to optimize your workflow and use tools available to you (such as our in-house AI tools, and scripts).\nWhat we’re looking for\nThe role exists in the intersect between financial expertise, programming literacy, and client relationship management. As such we seek strength in at least one of these areas with an interest in learning the complementary skills through on-the-job experience. The ideal candidate would fulfil several of the following skillsets:\nStrong industry knowledge \nMinimum 1 year experience of Structured Products (mandatory)\nInterest in tech and coding\nExcellent ability to provide customer-facing technical support \nExcellent knowledge of technical operations in a software environment\nDesired Skills\nStrong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage workload effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.\nFlexibility and adaptability to changing priorities, business needs, and client requirements.\nWillingness to embrace new technologies, tools, and methodologies.\nProfessional experience or strong understanding of financial concepts or Structured Products\nExcellent logical thinker with a strong attention to detail\nStrong ability to synthesize a range of complex topics into clear explanations\nExcellent communication & interpersonal skills \nExperience working with Agile methodology \nFamiliarity or willingness to learn coding/scripting to interpret and debug complex application logic\nExcellent reading comprehension and English literacy to effectively interpret legal documents and regulatory requirements\nA customer-centric mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service and support\nAbility to work effectively as part of a team, collaborating with colleagues and stakeholders to achieve common goals\nGood level of computer literacy - ability to navigate computer applications effectively, manipulate XML and JSON data structures, and use AI tools, scripts, and execute API calls\nHigher education qualification in any subject\nIf the role sounds interesting to you, please share your resume with us.
