We Stand For Service® is more than part of our name, it’s our mission and our purpose.\nThe Salesforce Application Administrator is responsible for leading the scoping, ongoing administration, and enhancement of WSFS Bank’s Salesforce Financial Services Cloud Platform. The Administrator will identify, diagnose, and resolve end user problems in a timely manner that exemplifies the bank’s high standards of customer service. The Administrator will participate in the integration process with other enterprise systems or applications. Additional responsibilities will include developing and maintaining custom reports, dashboards, and processes to continuously improve data quality processing integrity and productivity; audit, uncover and resolve data integrity issues; complete bulk imports of data; and define, communicate, and manage a change management (release) process to develop and support integrations, installed applications and third-party tools.\nJob Responsibilities:\nAdminister and support Salesforce Financial Services Cloud, ensuring optimal performance and user experience.\nCollaborate with business stakeholders to identify, scope, and implement platform enhancements.\nConfigure and maintain Salesforce using Flows, Validation Rules, Approval Processes, Reports, Dashboards, and Security settings.\nProvide end-user support, troubleshoot issues, and ensure timely resolution of system-related requests.\nMonitor and support integrations between Salesforce and internal/external systems.\nDevelop and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytics to support business decision-making.\nPerform data management activities, including data imports, updates, cleansing, and duplicate management.\nManage user access, profiles, permission sets, roles, and license assignments.\nSupport sandbox management, testing activities, and user training.\nCoordinate and execute releases and deployments using Copado or other Salesforce DevOps tools.\nMaintain system documentation and support continuous process improvement initiatives.\nMinimum Qualifications:\nBachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.\nMinimum 3 years of Salesforce Administration experience in an enterprise environment. \nPrior banking and/or financial services industry experience is preferred but not required.\nSalesforce Certified Administrator certification is required.\nHands-on experience with Salesforce Lightning configuration and administration.\nExperience with Copado or other Salesforce deployment and release management tools.\nExperience with data migration, data quality management, and API integrations.\nStrong understanding of Salesforce security, profiles, roles, sharing, and permission sets.\nExcellent analytical and problem-solving skills.\nExcellent communication, stakeholder management, and user training skills.\nAbility to work independently while collaborating effectively with business and technology teams.\nWSFS Bank will only consider candidates who are presently authorized to work for any employer in the United States and who will not require work visa sponsorship from WSFS Bank now or in the future in order to retain their authorization to work in the United States.\n Salary Range:\n$64,491.00 - $105,949.50Individual base pay may vary on additional factors such as the candidate’s experience, job-related skills, relevant education, geographic location, and other specific business and organizational needs.\nIn addition to base salary, WSFS Financial Corporation (WSFS) and its subsidiaries may offer eligible Associates discretionary and formula-based incentive and retention awards.
