The successful candidate will be passionate about hospitality, committed to delivering exceptional customer service, and capable of leading and motivating a team in a fast-paced environment.\nKey Responsibilities\nSupport the General Manager in the day-to-day running of the restaurant.\nLead, supervise, and motivate front-of-house team members.\nEnsure the highest standards of customer service are consistently delivered.\nHandle customer enquiries, feedback, and complaints in a professional manner.\nAssist with staff training, development, and performance management.\nMonitor service standards, cleanliness, and compliance with health and safety regulations.\nManage stock levels, ordering, and inventory controls where required.\nSupport rota planning and labour management.\nDrive sales and help achieve business targets.\nEnsure a welcoming and positive experience for all guests.\nRequirements\nPrevious experience in a Restaurant Assistant Manager, Supervisor, or similar hospitality management role.\nStrong customer service skills with a passion for creating outstanding guest experiences.\nProven experience working within the hospitality or restaurant industry.\nExcellent communication and leadership skills.\nAbility to work under pressure in a busy environment.\nOrganisation and problem-solving abilities.\nKnowledge of food safety, health and safety, and hospitality best practices.\nFlexible approach to working hours, including weekends and evenings.\nWhat We Are Looking For\nA positive and proactive attitude.\nStrong leadership and team-building skills.\nA genuine passion for hospitality and customer satisfaction.\nExperience in delivering high levels of customer service within a restaurant, café, or hospitality environment.\nSomeone who leads by example and takes pride in maintaining high operational standards.\n Benugo has built a culture of inclusivity & progression for all employees.
