We're looking for an enthusiastic Café Supervisor to help lead the team and create memorable experiences for every guest.\nWe Offer:\nRate: £14.00 per hour, increasing to £14.50 per hour upon successful completion of probation\nShifts: 5 days out of 7, including weekends\nContract: Full Time\nAbout the Café Supervisor Role\nOversee the day-to-day café operation, ensuring excellent food quality and customer service at all times.\nSupervise, motivate and support the café team to deliver a great guest experience.\nSupport the management team in driving sales and achieving operational goals.\nEnsure high standards of food safety, health & safety and cleanliness are maintained at all times.\nLead by example and help create a positive and welcoming environment for both customers and colleagues.\nAbout You\nThe ideal candidate will have previous experience in a supervisory role within hospitality, along with excellent customer service and leadership skills.
