senior chefs with functions in other different areas throughout the business.\nResponsible to manage stock levels of the section you are overseeing including ordering when required.\nEnsure the presentation of the food is consistent with the standards set by senior chefs.\nTo ensure all Health, Hygiene and Safety requirements are being adhered to\nAny other reasonable request by the Senior Management.\n Very well organised and ability to prioritise work load\nAbility to work under pressure\nExcellent standards\nExperience in working in a 5 star hotel or Michelin star restaurant is
