functions.\nTo provide to a consistently high standard for functions and different dining areas.\nTo ensure smooth running of daily operations\nHygiene and personal hygiene checks\nStaff food standards\nWaste control\nTo ensure all Health, Hygiene and Safety requirements are being adhered to as described in the Searcy Health & Safety Policy\nTo comply with all legal requirements with particular reference to (but not exclusively) fire regulations, security, licence requirements and any Local Authority or Client stipulations.\nAny other reasonable request of Senior Management \n Very well organised and ability to prioritise work load\nAbility to work under pressure\nExcellent standards\nExperience in working with in a team \nAble to work effectively as part of a
