high standard in any area required by the senior chefs\nTo assist in any extra functions.\nTo provide to a consistently high standard for functions and different dining areas.\nTo manage the Kitchen and events/functions \nTo assist in the training of junior staff\nTo ensure smooth running of daily operations\nHygiene and personal hygiene checks\nStaff food standards\nWaste control\nTo ensure all Health, Hygiene and Safety requirements are being adhered to as described in the Searcy Health & Safety Policy\nTo comply with all legal requirements with particular reference to (but not exclusively)
