preparation and service of food to a consistently high standard, following recipes and instructions from senior chefs.\nSupport chefs across different kitchen sections and assist with catering for functions and events as required.\nHelp with the preparation of ingredients, mise en place, and daily food production to ensure smooth kitchen operations.\nMaintain cleanliness and organisation of workstations, equipment, and storage areas at all times.\nAssist with stock rotation, storage, and inventory checks, helping to minimise waste and report shortages.\nEnsure all dishes are presented in line with company standards and chef specifications.\nFollow all company policies and legal requirements, including food safety, fire safety, and security procedures.\nAdhere to all Health & Safety and Food Hygiene regulations, ensuring a safe and hygienic working environment.\nDemonstrate a positive attitude and willingness to learn, developing culinary skills through on-the-job training and guidance from senior chefs.\n Well organised with good time management skills.\nAble to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.\nPassion for food and high standards.\nWillingness to learn and develop culinary skills.\nStrong team player with a positive attitude.\nGood attention to detail.\nClear communication skills.\nPrevious kitchen experience is desirable but not essential.\n We are the
