You will have proven track record in strategic leadership and establishing a positive, nurturing, and inclusive working environment for your team.\nJob Type: Full Time\nSalary: £55,000, 45hrs per week\nResponsibilities:\nTo set an annual budget in line with company targets and to deliver forecasts and yearly targets.\nTo monitor monthly and quarterly targets whilst ensuring that you’re on track for delivering full year targets.\nTo set the strategic plans for driving profitable sales and improving standards\nTo recruit, motivate, develop and manage the talents within the venue\nTo ensure that all aspect of client and company expectations are communicated to all levels across the venue\nTo build and maintain a solid and professional relationship with the client and other key stakeholders.\nTo ensure that Support Office and your Operations Director and other Executive team members receive all appropriate financial information promptly and accurately.\nTo ensure that the location meets statutory and company requirements of Health and Safety, Food Safety and environmental legislation and procedures.\nTo conduct Food Safety and Health and Safety Risk Assessments and ensure that all standards and procedures with regard to Hygiene and Safety are established and maintained in line with the company manual\nOffer clear directions and briefings to the management team.\nTo ensure compliance in all areas of people management, onboarding and training and staff files to minimise risk to Searcys\nTo ensure that all aspects of client and company expectations are communicated to all levels across the venue\nTo build and maintain a solid and professional relationship with the client and other key stakeholders.\nTo ensure that all events and activities are being run to the standards expected by Searcys.\nTo ensure effective communication and engagement with the client\nAdditional Responsibilities\nTo take responsibility for contributing towards your own development with the guidance of the General Manager and to attend training courses as identified\nTo show commitment to company values in all aspects of your role\nTo act as a positive ambassador for the business\nTo attend to any reasonable request made by the client or Searcys Management\nTo attend all health and safety, food safety and environmental management training courses as required\n4+ years of management or leadership experience with demonstrable skills and success in leading and developing others\n4+ years of experience in the hospitality and events sector \nExperience in managing a P&L\nProven track record of achieving sales and performance targets \nAvailability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends and holidays\nThorough understanding of the event and meeting management process - conception to completion\nAbility to prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced, multi-faceted, creative environment and able to work well under pressure\nMeticulous organisational abilities;
