Working closely with internal stakeholders, clients and operational teams, you'll help bring a diverse programme of conferences, hospitality and special events to life in one of the world's most renowned venues.\nPlease note that: We're a 7-day operation, so we're looking for candidates with full-time availability and the flexibility to work any day of the week (Monday-Sunday).\nSalary: £38,000 - £42,000 per annum, depending on experience\nContract: Full Time, Permanent\nWorking pattern: 5 over 7 days, including evenings, weekends and occasional unsociable hours due to event requirements.\nAbout the Events Manager role:\nOversee the planning and delivery of conferences, hospitality and events, ensuring a consistently high standard of service and guest experience\nExperience in premium hospitality, canapé receptions, seated dinners and event delivery\nSupport the Event GM in the day-to-day management of the events operation and wider events team\nManage event administration, maintaining accurate event records, timelines, client requirements and operational documentation\nCoordinate event logistics with catering, front of house, security and venue teams to ensure seamless event execution\nPrepare event briefings, operational plans and client communications, ensuring all stakeholders are fully informed\nBuild strong relationships with clients and venue partners, responding to enquiries, requests and feedback professionally and promptly\nMonitor event performance, identify opportunities to improve processes and drive operational efficiency\nSupport the creation and presentation of event menus and hospitality packages alongside culinary and operational teams\nAssist with forecasting, event costing and financial administration to ensure events are delivered within budget\nProvide guidance, support and development to team members, helping to maintain a positive and high-performing culture\nAbout the ideal candidate:\nPrevious experience in an Events Manager or Event Operations role, ideally within hospitality, catering, conferencing or venue-based events\nExceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines and event workflows simultaneously\nStrong administration and attention to detail, with experience maintaining accurate event documentation and records\nExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with confidence liaising with clients, suppliers and internal teams\nA proactive and solutions-focused approach with the ability to remain calm under pressure\nExperience delivering high-quality events and creating outstanding customer experiences\nFlexible and adaptable, with a willingness to work evenings and weekends when required\nPassionate about delivering operational excellence and memorable guest experiences\n Benugo has built a culture of inclusivity & progression for all employees.
