ICT Lessons for Students\nTo conduct ICT/Computing/Digital literacy and technological skills lessons/courses for secondary school students over 35 weeks during and outside curriculum time and during School Holidays.\nThe lessons/courses will cover the ICT/Computing/Digital literacy and technological skills on Chrome OS Windows, MacOS, iOS and iPad OS platform and other areas include: Microsoft Office (Word, Powerpoint, Excel)Apple Productivity and Photography Tools Google Workspace Cyber wellness Programming and scripting (incl. Scratch, C, C++, Java, HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, Visual Basic, Python, Swift and etc.)Educational Web Tools (e.g. Google Workspace, Blog, Padlet, etc.)Adobe Photoshop, In-Design, Illustrator and etc. Student Learning Space (SLS)Microbit (Code-for-fun)App InventorSwift Programming Ethical and responsible use of Artificial Intelligence (AI)\nPrepare scheme of work, lesson plans, teaching materials, assignments and projects for students.\nTo monitor and evaluate the progress of the projects/assignments.\nTo collate and document feedback from the students regarding the ICT course at the end of each course.\nTo archive student projects into digital portfolios.\nTo inform and remind students about ICT curriculum schedule and take remedial action on absentees.\nTo prepare workshop series for self-directed learning for students.\nTo monitor and assess students’ progression of the digital literacy skills learnt in school.\nTo conduct workshops as stated below (outside curriculum time during the school holidays if necessary) for students depending on school’s needs.\nTo prepare SLS packages to enhance students’ digital literacies skills.\nTo support the teacher in the conduct of the O level Computing lessons during curriculum time.\n2. ICT and Photography Club\nTo design training schedule and provide training for the students from the ICT Clubs (Media Club, Robotics and Programming Club, etc).\nTo prepare students for ICT related competitions.\nTo be proficient in photography and videography skills\nTo be proficient in programming (incl. Scratch, C, C++, Java, HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, Visual Basic, Python, Swift and etc.)\nTo provide guidance and structured training to students in terms of photography (covering events) and post-mortem photo editing.\nTo design and deliver training to students regarding photography and photo basics.\n3. Training Courses for Staff\nTo work with the EdTech Committee to identify training needs and conduct training courses and workshops for staff. (Educational web tools, SLS, Google Workspace, Apple Productivity Tools, Microsoft Productivity Tools)\nTo assist teachers in deploying ICT infused lessons and assessment to students.\nTo assist teachers in content creation and design in their lessons.\nTo propose ICT tools for teaching and learning for staff.\n4. ICT/EdTech/AV Related Activities\nTo support teaching and learning in the classroom for the school’s PDLP programme for Sec 1 to 4 students.\nTo provide feedback and input during monthly meeting between School, ICT Team and vendor\nTo assist the School in ICT related matters such as: Look for solutions pertaining to ICT related problems. Provide consultation and assistance for teachers in computer related matters and problems. Support the ICT Team in data administration and monitoring of ICT-related activities in the School. Lab maintenance and equipment security.\nTo work together with the ICT Team for the following: Support the school in AV operations for daily activities and adhoc school events. Setup and support Mac/iOS client/ Windows computers/ Chromebook devices in the school ensuring all computers/ devices and software are readily available to all users and classes/ training on a daily basis. Assist in the maintenance and support of network infrastructure (wired and wireless) and network printers for PDLP and SSOE windows devices. Manage user administration and technical support of the School portals such as (Apple Classrooms, Google Workspace, Student Learning Space (SLS) and etc.).Diagnose Chrome/ Windows/ Mac devices (including iPads) hardware failures including all peripherals and PDLP devices (iOS, ChromeOS, Windows based) depending on the PDLP devices the School chooses.Any other areas of need arising from the School’s PDLP for Secondary 1 to 4 students.\n5. Maintenance of School Website\nFamiliar with Isomer platform and any other CMS platforms. (e.g. Joomla, Word press, Swiiit, ISOMER)\nKnowledge of Web programming in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, SQL\nUpdate web content on the School’s website.\n6.
