supervisors, and employees.\nCollect feedback from clients on staff performance and take necessary actions to improve service quality.\nCoordinate and arrange all necessary logistics, manpower, equipment, and resources required for project operations.\nManage and oversee the operations of multiple projects, including projects operating 24hours a day.\nNeed to respond to work-related emails, calls, and messages during weekends and public holidays when operationally required.\nQualifications and Skills Required:\nMinimum 7 years of relevant working experience in operations management or a related field.\nProven experience in managing and supervising a workforce of at least 300employees.\nStrong experience in manpower planning, workforce deployment, and daily operational management.\nGood leadership, communication, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.\nAbility to manage large operational teams and multiple project sites.\nKnowledge of Singapore workplace safety regulations and operational practices.\nProficient in Microsoft Office and operational reporting.\nAbility to work independently and handle operational challenges effectively.\nMust be qualified with a Diploma or Degree.\nAbility to manage 24-hour operations effectively.\nWilling to work on a flexible schedule with no fixed day off, based on operational requirements.\nAble to travel to multiple project locations as required.\nMust possess a valid Singapore Class 3 driving licence and be ableto drive.\nSkills\nCommunication, Business Operations Management, coordinate and
