Our Values are:\nTogetherness - “Be a tractor not a trailer.”\nNurture - “You grow, I grow, we grow.”\nPride - “We can and we will”\nPlanet - “We’re part of a bigger picture”\n You will assist the Night Manager in all aspects of food service, including taking payment for food and drinks and cleaning equipment as required.\nAssist Chef’s and Front of House Manager in the preparation and cooking of food\nServe meals, snacks & drinks including taking payments.\nClean all equipment, crockery & cutlery as required.\nSupport, operate and provide service in areas including but not limited to: Serveries, Retail, Hospitality, Functions, Coffee Shops.\nEnsure all food is handled in accordance with the standards specified in the Food Safety & Quality Management System\nCarry out and record any checks specified by the Site Manager, Catering Manager, Front of House Manager.\nEnsure all waste is removed promptly and placed in the correct waste containers in accordance with site waste management plan.\nCarry out tasks in the most efficient manner, taking into account any production or allergen constraints, to meet customer orders.\nParticipate as a HACCP Team member if required\nEnsure all work is carried out in accordance with the relevant H&S legislation and Codes of Practice.\nParticipate in ongoing professional development and training that may include off-site and occasionally overnight travel.\nEnsure all raw materials and packaging materials are stored in the correct areas of the site.\nEnsure all production and quality records are completed accurately and on time.\nEnsure all traceability requirements are fully complied with.\nWhere relevant, carry out activities required by the accredited FSQMS.\nReceive deliveries and check supplier invoices in accordance with the company systems/procedures.\nAssist where necessary in collating traceability information.\nCarry out projects or other tasks as requested by the Site Manager.\nEmbrace and actively participate in the Zero Harm culture.\n Level 2 Food Safety Qualification (Desirable)\nLevel 2 H & S Qualification (Desirable)\nFirst Aid Certificate (Desirable)\n Employee Benefits Menu\nAt Somerset Larder, we believe our people are the secret ingredient to our success.
