In addition, the candidate will be ultimately responsible for the day to day running of the estate and maintaining performance of the contract against targeted KPI’s.\nThis is a very exciting time to join the programme with a number of new opportunities in the pipeline providing ways to increase turnover and put your own personal stamp on the catering service and the expectation is that the successful candidate will run this as their own business ultimately in control of all finances and operational decisions.\nThis is a mainly a Monday - Friday, breakfast and lunch operation, however some weekend and evening work will be expected with flexible working hours required, with expansion in services this may change in the future.\n The key criteria include but are not limited to the following:\nExperience as a General Manager in a large multi outlet venue or contract catering environment\nLead, inspire, collaborate and support your direct reports to deliver consistently exceptional standards\nBuild positive, credible and collaborative relationships & communication methods with clients and other key stakeholders in the business\nContinually look to develop your team through mentoring, training, recognition, and empowerment\nCreate a culture of excellence with your team, continually striving to push the boundaries of brilliance through natural caring service, obsessive food standards and innovation \nAchieve business critical KPI's including Health and Safety, Sustainability, Financial and Governance\nFinancial accountability and understanding of all business decisions.\nStrategic planning and implementation of full catering service including mobilisation of units and annual marketing calendar. \nIdentify opportunities to increase profitability of the catering service. \n For almost 20 years, for every client, in every location (whether that’s an office, stadium, cathedral or university), we have created beautiful spaces, exciting menus and friendly teams, so that each and every customer can have the hospitality experience they deserve.\nWe need the brightest and the best to join us to make this all possible.
