We're looking for an ambitious General Manager to take the reins of an exciting studio campus operation featuring three restaurant outlets and a busy café. This isn't your typical B&I contract. It's a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment where commercial thinking, innovation and hospitality excellence go hand in hand.

You'll be a hands-on leader with the confidence to challenge the status quo, drive change, maximise every sales opportunity and inspire a high-performing team. With a strong commercial background and exceptional people skills, you'll know how to build relationships, develop talent and grow a thriving hospitality business.

• Lead, inspire, collaborate and support your direct reports to deliver consistently exceptional standards

• Previous experience commensurate with role
• Have a contagious passion for food and customer service

• Financially astute, you are very analytical and know how to create and maintain budgets and drive commercial performance
• Excellent delegation and influencing skills
• Ability to prioritise multiple projects in a fast-paced, multi-faceted, creative environment and able to work well under pressure
• Meticulous organisational abilities; high attention to detail
• Concise and effective verbal and written communication
• Ability to adapt to challenges and opportunities with a solution-oriented perspective
