opening hours are 10-6 excluding Fridays that will be 10-9.\nKey Responsibilities:\nGreet guests as they arrive, providing a warm welcome and assisting with seating arrangements.\nMaintain a comprehensive understanding of the restaurant's layout, table availability, and seating capacity.\nManage reservations, including recording bookings, updating availability, and confirming reservations as needed.\nMonitor dining room activity to anticipate guest needs and ensure a seamless dining experience.\nHandle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally, striving to resolve issues to the guest's satisfaction.\nTrain and supervise hosting and serving staff, providing guidance on service standards, etiquette, and guest interaction.\nMaintain cleanliness and organization in the front-of-house area, including the reception area, dining room, and restrooms.\nCollaborate with management to develop and implement strategies for enhancing the guest experience and maximizing revenue.\nUphold high standards of professionalism, hospitality, and guest service at all times.\n Previous experience within the hospitality industry, preferably in fine dining or upscale restaurants.\nExcellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with guests, staff, and management.\nStrong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.\nProficiency in reservation management software and basic computer skills.\nKnowledge of food and beverage
