to the highest standard of cleanliness.\nEnsure the thorough cleaning of crockery, kitchen equipment and spaces on a daily and weekly basis.\nTo be flexible to work across all parts of the building.\nTo be actively involved with food preparation and service.\nWaste management, recording data as required.\nMaintain all catering storage areas, ensuring they are always organised and
