As a vital member of our kitchen staff, you will play a crucial role in maintaining a clean, organised, and smooth-running kitchen environment.\nClean and sanitise kitchen equipment, utensils, and work areas to maintain high standards of hygiene\nOperate and maintain dishwashing machines, ensuring all kitchenware is properly cleaned and stored\nAssist with basic food preparation tasks as directed by the kitchen staff\nOrganise and store incoming deliveries in appropriate storage areas\nDispose of waste in accordance with health and safety regulations\nSupport the kitchen team by performing various tasks to ensure efficient service delivery\nMaintain a tidy and well-organised kitchen, including floors, walls, and storage areas\nAdhere to all food safety and hygiene standards as per company policies and legal requirements\n Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment\nStrong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness\nPhysical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift heavy items when required\nExcellent time management skills and ability to prioritise tasks\nTeam-oriented mindset with a supportive attitude towards colleagues\nKnowledge of proper cleaning techniques and safe use of cleaning chemicals\nBasic understanding of food hygiene practices\nPrevious experience in a similar role is preferred but not essential for the right candidate.\nFood hygiene experience is desirable\nFlexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends\n For almost 20 years, for every client, in every location (whether that’s an office, stadium, cathedral or university), we have created beautiful spaces, exciting menus and friendly teams, so that each and every customer can have the hospitality experience they deserve.\nWe need the brightest and the best to join us to make this all possible.
