Responsibilities\nPreparation of food in line with chef direction\nKeeping the kitchen and restaurant areas in a clean and tidy state at all times.\nProvide a friendly, efficient and hygienic service to all customers.\nTo be flexible to work in all kitchens, serveries, staff canteens and external reception spaces\nTo ensure all areas of the kitchens and service areas on all floors are maintained to the highest standard of cleanliness, providing a clean and safe working area.\nTo be flexible to work in all areas of the kitchen.\nTo maintain all catering storage areas, ensuring they are always
