The varied nature of this role is perfect for you if you thrive on everyday being different.\nAn integral part of the senior management team, our Operations Managers oversee our client location-based teams and drive the delivery of the exceptional front of house service expected at the sites. Along with an in-depth knowledge of front of house, building, and facilities operations, the successful candidate will need to have experience in Human Resources related people management duties.\nThe other side of the role is account management. The successful Operations Manager will use their excellent people skills to build strong working relationships with key stakeholders across a diverse portfolio of clients.
