You will be responsible for overseeing various operational functions, managing a team of support staff, and implementing strategies to improve operational effectiveness\n Proficiency in using relevant software applications and tools.\nAbility to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.\nStrong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a in operations management, preferably in a support oriented role.\nMonitor managers, conduct appraisals, and develop plans.\nConduct regular team meetings and communicate targets and
