Our reception team have a special can-do, flexible approach and relish the opportunity to keep raising the bar, exceeding expectations at every opportunity.\nThe new Receptionist will join a small team on a full-time basis and will play a key role in several areas, based around the meet and greet provided to the firm’s staff and visitors, office support, and the management and facilitation of meeting rooms, including elements of hospitality. They will anticipate client needs, following up each time to ensure expectations are exceeded with every interaction.\nAs this is a new contract for Portico, there will undoubtably be room for the team to identify innovative and efficient ways to add value to our services, upholding and improving on the already world class offering provided by the team.
