Working closely with the Reception team, you will ensure the seamless coordination of meeting room reservations, internal bookings, and visitor requirements.\nThis is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a premium Guest Services environment focused on delivering a \"Quiet Luxury\" service experience. efficiently and accurately.\nAct as the first point of contact for incoming calls via the switchboard, handling enquiries professionally and courteously.\nWork collaboratively with Reception and wider Guest Services teams to ensure a seamless customer journey.\nCoordinate internal and external booking requests, ensuring all requirements are captured and communicated effectively.\nRespond to queries promptly, providing solutions with professionalism, empathy, and attention to detail.\nSupport the day-to-day flow of Guest Services operations and contribute to maintaining high service standards.\nBuild positive relationships with clients, visitors, and internal stakeholders.\nChampion a culture of exceptional hospitality and customer care.\nHours: 40 hours per week, shifts between 7am-10pm (core hour cover coverage 8am-6pm)\n We are looking for personable, relatable, and customer-focused individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional service.\nYou will have:\nExperience within a structured customer service, hospitality, reception, reservations, or guest services environment.\nExcellent communication skills, both verbal and written.\nStrong organisational and time management abilities, with the capacity to prioritise effectively.\nA professional, confident, and approachable manner.\nA proactive mindset with strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.\nThe ability to remain calm and composed in a busy, fast-paced environment.\nA genuine passion for delivering an exceptional customer experience.\nFlexibility and a team-focused approach to supporting operational requirements.\nExperience within a law firm, corporate environment, or professional services organisation would be advantageous but is not essential.\n
