We’re the partner our client relies on to deliver seamless experiences, and we take pride in raising the bar every single day.\nAbout the role\nAs our Conference Services & Events Coordinator, you’ll be the engine behind all meeting and event bookings. Working closely with the Conference Services Supervisor, you’ll take full ownership of the reservations process - ensuring every request is handled promptly, accurately, and in line with our booking guidelines.\nYou’ll be the person who keeps the bigger picture in focus:\nMaximising space utilisation\nManaging requests with precision and pace\nBuilding strong relationships with onsite vendors\nEnsuring every detail is communicated clearly and delivered flawlessly\nThis is a role for someone who thrives in a fast paced, high expectation environment and loves being at the centre of creating exceptional experiences.\nIf you bring a can do attitude, natural organisation skills, and a passion for service that shines, we’d love to hear from you.\nHours: 40 hours per week, 8.5 hours a day shifts between 08.00 -
