developed and improved upon on a regular basis.\nTo oversee and assist in the preparation and presentation of all meals and service across the Staff Canteen..\nTo organise sections stock and ingredients, both preparation and stock holding.\nKeep record of food production volumes, waste, stock holding and food cost concerns.\nTo create weekly staff dining menus\nTo assist the Head Chef with future menu creations.\nTo manage and motivate the team.\n Formal culinary training\nAt least 2 years within a similar role within production work\nGood foundation of Health and Safety and Food
