We will invest in your development with ongoing training, to ensure that you have the skills and knowledge to thrive in your role, and we guarantee a good work-life balance, because we believe that people excel when they are given the space to take care of themselves.\nIf you are a person who thrives on delivering extraordinary experiences, and loves to cultivate a harmonious and collaborative team, we would love to hear from you!\n WHAT WILL KEEP YOU BUSY:\nSupervising the day-to-day operations of a busy catering environment focusing on team members roles\nSupport daily operations\nMonitoring the training needs of the team and supporting where needed\nHold team meetings on a regular basis to communicate targets, standards required and company and client information\nWork with the Location Manager's budgets; achieve and maintain Health & Safety and Food Standards in accordance with the budget and standards of BaxterStorey\nDevelop and evolve all client’s services at the location, ensuring regular adjustments and improvements are both recommended and implemented\nComplete weekly stock takes\nTake and manage event bookings where required\nAssist with opening and closing procedures.
