If you are looking for a challenging position that allows you to be the solution when a problem arises, this is the job for you!\nEssential Functions and Duties:\nTransport goods using a company truck\nLead the crew in loading shipment on to and/or off of truck\nMay inspect shipment prior to loading for proper packing or wrapping\nPerform accurate inventory of shipment\nAssist as need in loading trucks and/or containers for forward movement via interstate commerce\nPerform pre-trip safety inspections on truck of moving equipment, interior and exterior of truck, straps and tensioners, walk-boards, etc.\nMaintain required documentation and paperwork for shipments, expenses, driver logs, and DOT regulations\nOther duties as assigned\nKnowledge, Skills and Abilities:\nMust be willing to travel (local, intrastate and/or interstate)\nAbility to operate a box truck or tractor trailer (as applicable to your CDL qualification)\nExcellent communications skills\nAbility to be on time and reliable; ability to meet deadlines\nKnowledge of DOT regulations\nRequired Education and Experience:\nRequired: High school diploma or GED\nRequired: CDL Class B license\nRequired: Good driving record (will be verified)\nRequired: Ability to meet background standards\nPreferred: Real ID Complaint ID or DL\nWorking Conditions:\nIndoors and outdoors\nLifting of objects up to 50 pounds\nFrequent squatting and bending\nFrequent use of stairs\nDriving for long periods of time\nColeman Worldwide Moving Benefits for Employees (not applicable for seasonal employees if not stated):\n40 hours of VACATION PAY after 1-year employment\nArray of voluntary health benefits including but not limited to (Health, Dental, Vision, 401k, and more)\n8 paid holidays after 90 days for Full Time employees (Seasonal Included)\nReferral Bonus Programs\nColeman Worldwide Moving (and affiliated companies) (collectively “CWM”) is an equal opportunity and affirmative action employer.
