The role will work closely with teams, Agile leaders, and senior stakeholders to establish an effective Agile operating model and enable consistent delivery of business value.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\n- Coach and mentor Agile teams, Scrum Masters, Release Train Engineers (RTEs), Product Owners, and leadership on Agile mindset, practices, and ways of working.\n\n- Assess Agile maturity across teams, ARTs, and portfolios and develop actionable continuous improvement roadmaps.\n\n- Drive adoption and implementation of SAFe, Lean-Agile, and DevOps practices across the organization.\n\n- Facilitate ART launches, PI Planning, Inspect & Adapt sessions, Big Room Planning, Kaizens, and other SAFe ceremonies and workshops.\n\n- Conduct Value Stream Identification, Analysis, and Mapping to identify bottlenecks and improve flow of business value.\n\n- Support leadership in establishing and improving Lean Portfolio Management (LPM) practices.\n\n- Align OKRs, portfolio objectives, ART priorities, and team-level execution with organizational strategy.\n\n- Coach leaders and managers on Agile leadership, empowerment, servant leadership, and organizational change.\n\n- Identify systemic impediments across teams and value streams and work with stakeholders to drive resolution.\n\n- Support organizational structure and operating-model changes required to enable effective Agile ways of working.\n\n- Establish and facilitate Communities of Practice (CoPs) to promote knowledge sharing and Agile best practices.\n\n- Drive continuous improvement through Kaizen initiatives, retrospectives, maturity assessments, and data-driven insights.\n\n- Promote collaboration between development and operations teams through DevOps principles and practices.\n\n- Support product and platform teams in adopting effective Agile planning, prioritization, delivery, and governance practices.\n\n- Establish appropriate Agile governance mechanisms and monitor delivery, flow, dependencies, risks, and improvement initiatives.\n\n- Work with stakeholders to track benefits realization and business outcomes from Agile transformation initiatives.\n\n- Provide Agile training, workshops, mentoring, and coaching across different organizational levels.\n\n- Stay current with emerging Agile, Lean, SAFe, DevOps, and organizational transformation practices.\n\nRequired Skills & Experience:\n\n- 8-11 years of overall experience, including significant experience as a Scrum Master and Agile Coach.\n\n- 5+ years of hands-on Agile Coaching experience across multiple teams or programs.\n\n- Strong experience implementing and scaling SAFe / Lean-Agile frameworks.\n\n- SPC (SAFe Practice Consultant) certification is mandatory.\n\n- Experience coaching at Team, ART, Portfolio, and Leadership levels.\n\n- Strong understanding of Agile, Lean, SAFe, DevOps, and product-platform ways of working.\n\n- Experience conducting Agile maturity assessments and driving continuous improvement.\n\n- Strong experience with Value Stream Mapping, Lean Portfolio Management, PI Planning, and Inspect & Adapt.\n\n- Excellent facilitation, coaching, mentoring, training, and stakeholder-management skills.\n\n- Strong ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive organizational change without direct authority.\n\n- Experience working in client-facing and enterprise transformation environments.\n\n- Experience with Agile/product backlog management tools.\n\n- Strong written and verbal communication skills.\n\n- Full-time MBA, Engineering, or equivalent qualification.\n\n- Software development experience is preferred.\n\n- Experience in the automotive or auto-ancillary industry is preferred.\n\nPreferred Certifications:\n\n- In addition to the mandatory SPC certification, certifications such as CSP, PSM-II, ICP-ACC, ICP-ATF, CEC, or LeSS would be an advantage.\n\nOther Requirements:\n\n- Based in Bangalore or willing to relocate.\n\n- Willingness to travel to the client location as required.\n\n- Ability to work independently, take initiative, and operate effectively in a fast-paced
