Including electrical/ Mechanical services modelling, content creation (parametric & non-parametric families), coordination with structural and other elements, Revit schedules, managing work sets/ links/ visibilities, sheet setup and collaboration.\n\n Prepare MEP 3D BIM coordinated models\n\nClash detection and clash resolution\n\nCreate Parametric BIM Families\n\nProvide specialist support to design teams preparing analysis and design models\n\nSupport design teams and bid teams with the creation of 3D visualisations\n\nSupport design teams and bid teams with the creation of 4D models/visualisations\n\nPrepare quantities for use in BoQs from the 3D model\n\nYou will be working and supporting a range of infrastructure schemes to independently develop engineering BIM models and drawings under the relevant standards.\n\nYou will be expected to play a proactive part in the design process and be active on several projects at any given time.\n\nYou will be contributing to all types of projects.\n\nYou will be using Revit, ACC, 3D MicroStation, AECOsim / OpenBuilding Designer, ProjectWise, AutoCAD, iTwin and other engineering BIM software for the production and development of models and drawings.\n\nYou will read and adhere to all relevant policies and procedures for Health and Safety, including the H&S Policy, H&S Manual, and Local Procedures Manual\n\nYou will take responsibility for your own personal development with the support of the line manager and follow an agreed development plan.\n\nKey Competencies / Skills\nAbility to utilise Revit, ACC, 3D MicroStation, AECOsim / OpenBuilding, ProjectWise, AutoCAD in adherence to defined CAD & BIM standards to develop 3D modelling, layouts, labelling, dimensioning, sheet layout, design details and other appropriate design concepts.\n\nAbility to read and interpret 2D and 3D CAD drawings and models to assist with investigations of engineering problems.\n\nProven ability to work up drawings (plans, sections & details) from Engineers basic sketches to full working drawings.\n\nAbility to liaise with the design teams as necessary to coordinate design and drawing production.\n\nCapable of multi-tasking and managing multiple projects with the ability to accurately predict the time required to fulfil the individual scopes of work required.\n\nAssists with establishing, maintaining and enforcing the use of proper CAD & BIM standards and procedures.\n\nUndertake reviews of work produced by others to ensure high quality of CAD output.\n\nAU / any International Rail project experience and working knowledge of International design standards.\n\nYou should be able to demonstrate some experience and working knowledge of relevant technical design guidance and standards, such as ISO 19650, Uniclass 2015 etc.,\n\nYou should be able to understand and communicate BIM and CAD standards for use on Rail engineering projects and possess an appropriate overall level of knowledge of the AU/ International infrastructure design sector.\n\nProficient in the use of standard office software.\n\nExperience in supervising and coordinating the CAD output of others within a multidisciplinary project environment.\n\nCommitment to work as part of a design team focused on project delivery.\n\nGood understanding and knowledge of Multi-Discipline Rail Projects\n\nGood written and verbal communication skills.\n\n At least one key area such as Diploma/Engineering in Mechanical / Electrical / Civil Engineering with 3-6 years relevant work experience in Revit/Bentley/Autodesk BIM Software.\n\nExcellent working knowledge of knowledge of 3D Revit / MicroStation/AECOsim / OpenBuilding Designer (any 3D skillset is sufficient).\n\nGood working knowledge of the relevant Metro Rail discipline.\n\nBGV:\nEmployment with WSP India is subject to the successful completion of a background verification (“BGV”) check conducted by a third-party agency appointed by WSP India.\nCandidates are advised to ensure that all information provided during the recruitment process -
