The ideal candidate will support the delivery of smart building solutions, ICT design, ELV systems, and Creative AV technology for a wide range of high-profile projects across the region.\n ICT & Building Technology Systems\nLead and contribute to the design of ICT/ELV systems, including structured cabling, data networks, Wi-Fi, security systems (CCTV, ACS), BMS integration, IPTV, and telecommunications.\nDevelop comprehensive design deliverables such as drawings, schematics, technical specifications, and BOQs.\nCollaborate closely with multidisciplinary design teams to ensure full coordination and seamless system integration.\n\nCreative AV Systems (Audio-Visual)\nDesign and review Creative AV systems, covering:\nDigital signage\nVideo walls\nControl rooms\nMeeting room AV\n\nInteractive and immersive AV environments\nProvide technical leadership on AV layouts, acoustics, equipment selection, signal flow, and overall system performance.\nCoordinate with architects, interior designers, and client-experience teams to deliver innovative, user-centric AV solutions.\n\nSmart Building & Technology Integration\nSupport the development of smart building design frameworks within the ICT/BTS scope.\nIntegrate IoT, automation, and digital building platforms into coordinated design packages.\nEnsure compliance with global standards and interoperability across all technology systems.\n\nProject Delivery & Coordination\nAssist with project planning, reporting, and preparation of client presentations.\nCoordinate effectively with contractors, suppliers, and authorities throughout design and construction phases.\nConduct site inspections, review technical submittals, and support testing and commissioning activities.\n\n Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Telecommunications, or a related field.\n12+ years of experience in Building Technology / ICT / ELV / AV systems design.\nProven experience delivering Creative AV systems on building or mixed-use projects.\nStrong understanding of international standards (TIA/EIA, BICSI, IEC, ISO, AVIXA).\nExcellent communication, presentation, and coordination skills.\nConsultancy experience in the Middle East is an
