We promote our young recruits because we believe fresh perspectives bring great ideas and new energy.\nYou will be based in our Cambridge office, offering easy commuting options via Cambridge Train Station and access into Cambridge City Centre within a 10minute walk.\nWhat we will be looking for you to demonstrate…\nKey Technical Requirements:\nHaving an understanding of the UK and European regulations applicable to the discipline and how to demonstrate this in project execution.\nHave UK project experience within Building Services MEP\nHave working understanding of latest electrical design software packages to allow the allocation / direction of work on projects.\nHave understanding of working with Revit MEP or other 3D design software to allow the allocation / direction of work on projects.\nHave an ability to sketch and communicate technical detail graphically and effectively.\nHave working knowledge of AutoCAD to allow the allocation / direction of work on projects.\nElectrical Design Skills:\nLow voltage distribution systems\nLow voltage standby generation\nUPS systems\nCable calculations (via software and by hand)\nLighting calculations (via software and by hand)\nSmall power\nFire alarms\nIntruder detection\nAccess control & security systems\nDisabled call systems\nData cabling and outlets\nLightning protection\nQualifications:\nBEng/Bsc/MEng in applicable engineering discipline\nCIBSE / IET / Engineering Council accredited honours degree or specific experience that will lead to Chartership.\nWorking towards I Eng or C Eng status\nRevitMEP training applied to the discipline\nDon’t quite meet all the criteria?
