We are WSP.\nThe Opportunity\nThe BIM Coordinator will support multidisciplinary BIM coordination across infrastructure and transit projects, with a strong focus on Autodesk-based workflows. The role will assist with BIM project setup, model management, coordination workflows, milestone deliverable reviews, and compliance with project BIM standards, LOD, LOI, and ISO 19650-based information management requirements.\nThis role requires strong working knowledge of Autodesk Forma / ACC, Navisworks, Revit & Civil3D.\nYour Impact\nAct as a multidisciplinary BIM Coordinator supporting civil, buildings, infrastructure, and rail/transit project teams\n\nLead and direct BIM coordination meetings, design coordination sessions, and model review workshops.\n\nLead clash detection, model federation, coordination reviews, and visual design reviews using Navisworks and Forma Model Coordination.\n\nAssist BIM Managers, BIM Leads, and design teams with model management and clash coordination workflows.\n\nSupport configuration and use of Autodesk Forma modules, including Design Collaboration, Model Coordination, Issues, Reviews, and related workflows.\n\nCoordinate and review both Revit & Civil3D models to confirm alignment with clash review requirements, naming conventions, model structure, geolocation, shared coordinates, and discipline-specific requirements.\n\nReview key milestone deliverables against project BIM requirements, including LOD, LOI, model quality, information completeness, and compliance with the BIM Execution Plan.\n\nSupport issue tracking and resolution workflows by assigning, monitoring, and closing coordination issues in ACC, Navisworks, or other project-approved platforms.\n\nAssist with the development, implementation, and enforcement of modelling protocols, BIM standards, templates, coordination procedures, and quality control workflows.\n\nCommunicate effectively with designers, engineers, coordinators, project managers, and external stakeholders.\n\nPromote a collaborative team environment and support consistent BIM practices across disciplines\n\nSupport XR/VR-based design review workshops by preparing and coordinating Civil 3D, Revit, and federated models for immersive stakeholder reviews, design validation, and multidisciplinary coordination.\n\nThe Skills That Set You Apart\n3 to 5 years of experience in BIM coordination, digital delivery, or model-based design coordination.\n\nStrong working knowledge of Autodesk Forma / ACC, including Docs, Design Collaboration, Model Coordination, Reviews, Issues, and related project workflows.\n\nStrong experience with Navisworks for model federation, clash detection, visual reviews, and coordination reporting. Including but not limited to: advanced set search creation, advanced clash test creation, proficient in property extraction.\n\nStrong experience coordinating models in both Civil 3D and Revit.\n\nGood understanding of multidisciplinary BIM coordination across civil, infrastructure, buildings, and rail/transit environments.\n\nGood understanding of BIM Execution Plans, model delivery requirements, LOD, LOI, and project BIM/CADD quality plans.\n\nWorking knowledge of ISO 19650 principles and information management processes.\n\nAbility to review models for compliance with project standards, naming conventions, coordinates, model structure, and deliverable requirements.\n\nAbility to communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders.\n\nDetail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple coordination tasks across active project deliverables.\n\nPreferred Qualifications\nDiploma or degree in Architecture, Engineering, Civil Technology, Construction Management, BIM, or a related field.\n\nExperience on infrastructure, rail/transit, transportation, or multidisciplinary design projects.\n\nExperience developing or supporting BIM standards, templates, dashboards, model audit routines, or automation workflows.\n\nFamiliarity with Power BI, Dynamo, Python, or other automation/reporting tools is an asset.\n\nExperience with VR/AR review workflows is an asset.\n\nUnderstanding of 4D and 5D workflows is an asset.\n\nCompensation\nAB, BC, NT, NU, SK & YT: $89 800 -
