As part of our Digital Services & Advisory team, you will influence how information is created, coordinated, shared, and used across the full project lifecycle - from design through construction and into operations.\nYour Impact\nLead and support the evolution of WSP’s Digital/Information Management standards, including data strategy, model governance, and quality control.\nDevelop and maintain core BIM frameworks such as Digital Twin strategies, Model and Data Standards, CDE protocols, and BIM Execution Plans.\nProvide Digital Advisory guidance to project teams at all stages - Schematic Design to Facilities Management.\nChampion the creation, implementation, and ongoing fulfillment of BIM Execution Plans, LOIN matrices and MIDP's, coordinating with internal teams, clients, and contractors.\nSupport and troubleshoot Autodesk Forma project sites hosted by WSP.\nOversee project model setup, drawing packages, discipline coordination, and digital workflows.\nConduct model health checks and ensure teams adhere to project-specific digital processes.\nPromote automation opportunities, supporting project teams in making data-driven design decisions.\nThe Skills That Set You Apart\n10+ years delivering advanced Digital programs on complex projects within the AECO industry, including Construction Administration.\nAdvanced experience with Autodesk Revit, Navisworks Manage, and Autodesk Forma (including Forma Build).\nStrong proficiency in Microsoft Office / SharePoint / Teams; familiarity with Power BI is an asset.\nWorking knowledge of Dynamo, AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Plant 3D, Inventor, Reality Capture, Point Clouds, VR/AR, and Jira\nExperience in multi-discipline model coordination and managing large-scale design data environments.\nBackground in setting up Common Data Environments (CDE), creating construction documentation, and enforcing Information Management standards.\nTechnical diploma or engineering/architecture degree considered an asset.\nWhy Choose WSP?\nWe exist to shape communities to advance humanity.
