The role combines technical & design knowledge with responsibility for delivering complex ICT and telecommunications systems across a diverse range of sectors, including healthcare, aviation, transportation, commercial developments, mixed-use developments and Majorly data centres Projects\n Develop and maintain detailed BIM models for building technology systems, including ICT, telecommunications, ELV, security, and audio-visual systems.\n\nCollaborate with multidisciplinary design teams to ensure seamless integration and coordination of building technology systems within the BIM environment.\n\nPerform 3D model coordination, clash detection, and clash resolution using BIM software to identify and resolve system conflicts during the design and construction stages.\n\nProvide technical guidance and support to project teams on BIM standards, modelling practices, coordination procedures, and BIM workflows.\n\nEnsure the accuracy, consistency, and quality of BIM models, drawings, specifications, schedules, and project documentation.\n\nAssist in the preparation, implementation, and maintenance of BIM Execution Plans (BEPs), including project objectives, modelling requirements, workflows, responsibilities, and deliverables.\n\nDevelop and maintain BIM models in accordance with applicable BIM standards, project requirements, client specifications, and information management procedures.\n\nCoordinate ICT, security, AV, telecommunications, and other building services with architectural, structural, MEP, and specialist systems.\n\nParticipate in design reviews, coordination meetings, workshops, and technical presentations to communicate BIM strategies, coordination requirements, design issues, and project outcomes to clients and project stakeholders.\n\nProvide technical support, training, and mentoring to junior BIM technicians and design team members in BIM processes, modelling standards, coordination, and software applications.\n\nMonitor developments in BIM technologies, digital engineering, building technology systems, and industry standards, and identify opportunities to improve project delivery and design coordination.\n\nSupport the project team in achieving quality, programme, coordination, and information management objectives throughout the project lifecycle.\n\nUnderstand project BIM requirements and implement appropriate BIM protocols, standards, and procedures.\n\nDemonstrate a strong working knowledge of 3D CAD, Revit, Navisworks, and Revisto, including relevant software standards and workflows.\n\nCoordinate and review 3D interdisciplinary BIM models, ensuring accurate integration and identification of design interfaces and conflicts.\n\nDevelop a fundamental understanding of discipline-specific design principles, processes, and requirements.\n\nDevelop General Arrangement (GA) drawings from engineers’ sketches and other design team information, converting design concepts into accurate and coordinated construction details.\n\nPrepare room layouts, sections, detailed drawings, and coordinated building services drawings.\n\nProduce accurate, high-quality BIM drawings and models within agreed project schedules and deadlines.\n\nEnsure drawings, models, and associated document registration systems are prepared accurately in accordance with project specifications and applicable internal and external standards.\n\nApply relevant industry standards, technical guidance, and project requirements in accordance with established QA/QC processes.\n\nFollow quality assurance, document control, archiving, and CDM requirements throughout project delivery.\n\nMaintain effective communication and quality management processes with project teams and stakeholders.\n\nTake ownership and responsibility for the successful delivery of assigned project tasks.\n\nDeliver project tasks within agreed timeframes while maintaining regular communication with Project Leads, BIM Coordinators, Engineers, and the wider design team.\n\nDevelop awareness of project delivery risks, constraints, and appropriate mitigation measures.\n\nSupport senior BIM Technicians and BIM Coordinators in analysing design tasks, resolving technical issues, and addressing project challenges.\n\nContribute to continuous improvement of BIM workflows, drawing quality, coordination, and project delivery processes.\n\nUndertake other relevant duties and responsibilities as directed to support the company in delivering high-quality services and outstanding outcomes for clients.\n\nTools Test to be Passed.\n\n Tools & Skills:\nBluebeam \nAutocad.\nVisio. \nBIM / Revit \nRevisto, Navis manager \nMicrosoft Office.\nBGV:\nEmployment with WSP India is subject to the successful completion of a background verification (“BGV”) check conducted by a third-party agency appointed by WSP India.\n\nCandidates are advised to ensure that all information provided during the recruitment process -
