Apply today.\n Main Activities and Responsibilities:\nKey Responsibilities\n\nImplement the BIM Execution Plan (BEP) for projects.\n\nCreate detailed 3D models using Revit, AutoCAD MEP, and Navisworks based on design inputs.\n\nCoordinate Electrical models with architectural, structural, mechanical, fire protection and P&D disciplines; maintain version control and produce fully integrated BIM models.\n\nPerform clash detection, resolve conflicts, and ensure seamless installation.\n\nParticipate in coordination meetings, providing BIM insights and ensuring adherence to BEP standards.\n\nCreate and maintain a BIM library of parametric families.\n\nProvide room-level outputs aligned to healthcare requirements such as critical rooms, clean rooms, and other specialized areas, ensuring compliance with each specific area requirement.\n\nGenerate construction documentation, material schedules, combined shop drawings, fabrication drawings, and as-built models.\n\nUpdate models based on site feedback and design revisions.\n\nProvide technical support and quality checks for junior team members.\n\nSetting up of model and using BIM 360.\n\nIdentifying Level of Details\n\nAssist design teams with analysis models, 3D visualizations, and 4D construction sequencing.\n\nPrepare quantity take-offs for BoQs from 3D models.\n\nUtilize Revit add-ons such as pyRevit, DiRoots One, Dynamo, UnoTool ClashDetect Pro, Conserve Box & Glyph, FabricAir PRO, etc.\n\nEnsure compliance with ISO 19650, COBie, and project-specific BIM standards.\n2.Health, Safety and Wellbeing\n\nEmbody behaviours that support a strong health and safety culture.\n\nTake reasonable steps to ensure personal health and safety, as well as that of others affected by activities.\n\nComply with safety rules, procedures, and instructions issued by the company or authorized persons.\n\nMake proper use of facilities, equipment, and clothing provided for protection.\n\nIdentify significant hazards associated with activities and eliminate them where possible.\n\nReduce and control remaining risks to prevent harm.\n\nParticipate in necessary health and safety training.\n\nTake note of health and safety information and instructions provided.\n\nRectify health and safety problems or defects where safely and reasonably possible.\n\nReport issues if unable to rectify them.\n\nFoster good working relationships and embrace diversity and inclusion.\n\nSupport employees' overall wellbeing to create a healthy and productive workplace.\n3.
