The candidate should be proficient in AutoCAD Civil 3D. The candidate should be capable of developing engineering drawing sets in coordination with engineers and other designers.\nYour Impact\nDevelop design packages associated with linear pipelines for the Oil and Gas Industry (including Terminals) as directed by the project engineer\n\nKnow and follow the appropriate/applicable design/drafting standards\n\nPrepare engineering plans, profiles, sections and details for design, tender, construction and as-built drawing sets for pipelines and associated infrastructure as directed by the project engineer.\n\nCompile and/or Model 3D surfaces representing various engineering features such as graded terrain, waterways, wetlands, roads, railroads, etc.\n\nPrepare conceptual plans and figures for proposals, reports and/or presentations\n\nWork closely with various engineering and environmental staff to meet the engineering design and drafting needs of our clients\n\nKnow and follow the appropriate/applicable design/drafting standards\n\nProduce maps from topographic data and survey field notes\n\nDevelop and maintain base files for information used to complete pipeline and facility designs\n\nEnsure technical quality of developed designs\n\nResearch and compile publicly available data (imagery, topography, parcel, existing utilities, etc.) and convert into Civil 3D CAD compatible files\n\nReview Survey data to identify missing information or inconsistent data.
