This role will support the coordination and delivery of priority business transformation initiatives across the US organization by providing practical change delivery, portfolio coordination, and governance support.\nThe successful candidate will work closely with program leaders, project teams, and business stakeholders to translate strategic change into clear plans, disciplined delivery, and sustained adoption.\nYour Impact:\nSupport business transformationAssist with planning, coordinating and tracking transformation initiatives across the US portfolio.\nSupport the development and execution of change strategies, plans and interventions.\nIdentify and document organizational impacts, adoption risks, dependencies and support needs.\nMaintain change plans, action trackers, readiness assessments and stakeholder engagement activities.\nGather and analyze feedback, helping initiative teams translate insights into practical action.\nSupport continuous improvement of Transformation Office tools, standards and ways of working.\n\nEngage stakeholders and leadersSupport stakeholder identification, analysis and engagement planning.\nCoordinate workshops, focus groups, leadership briefings and feedback sessions.\nBuild and maintain stakeholder, sponsor and change network registers.\nPrepare engagement materials and help manage follow-up actions and commitments.\nSupport leadership reinforcement and local change champion activities.\n\nDeliver communications, learning and readinessDraft and coordinate change communications, presentations, briefing packs and leadership updates.\nSupport town halls, forums and engagement events.\nCoordinate training schedules, learner communications and attendance tracking.\nSupport the creation and maintenance of learning materials, guidance and job aids.\nMonitor readiness and adoption indicators and contribute to status reporting.\n\nEnable portfolio governance and administrationMaintain portfolio plans, dashboards, status reports, action logs, RAID logs and decision records.\nTrack initiative milestones, dependencies, deliverables and governance commitments.\nPrepare materials for steering committees, portfolio reviews and leadership forums.\nCoordinate meetings, agendas, minutes and action follow-up.\nMaintain documentation standards and program repositories.\nProvide accurate portfolio information to support prioritization, sequencing and decision-making.\n\nWho You Are:\nRequired Qualifications\nA high school diploma is required; a bachelor's degree is a plus. \n7+ years of relevant post-education experience in operations, change, and transformation management.\nStrong planning, organization and attention to detail, with the ability to manage competing priorities.\nClear and engaging written and verbal communication skills.\nAnalytical and problem-solving skills, with confidence turning information into concise reports and presentations.\nAbility to build trusted working relationships across different functions and organizational levels.\nProficiency in Microsoft 365, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, Teams and SharePoint.\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience supporting organizational change or business transformation programs.\nExperience in a PMO, Transformation Office or program environment.\nExposure to finance, operations or corporate transformation.\nExperience with Power BI or other reporting and dashboard tools.\nExperience leveraging AI to develop meaningful analyses, reusable templates, and foundational documents supporting strategic planning and decision-making.\nWSP Benefits\nWSP provides a comprehensive suite of benefits focused on providing health and financial stability throughout the employee’s career.
