Specific:\nWork with the relevant Clients & Growth Managers and Directors in Australia to ensure alignment of expectations and service delivery.\nComply with relevant policies, procedures, and processes related to Clients & Growth functions.\nUnderstand the WSP processes, particularly related to winning work, client feedback and the Global Client Program, as described in the Integrated Management System (IMS) and intranet.\nClient and market research:Research clients, industry trends, and competitors.\nProvide insights that help shape client and opportunity strategies.\n\nClient pitch and work winning support:Assist in preparing client-facing documents like capability documents, pitch presentations and proposals.\nCoordinate inputs from various teams to meet deadlines.\nEnsure all materials are tailored, polished, and aligned with WSP’s brand and messaging\nCollaborate with Graphic Design Studio to elevate WSP’s presentation to clients.\n\nEvent and marketing coordination:Help organise client events, conference attendance, and technical forums/webinars.\nSupport global marketing campaigns implementation where aligned with AU client and sectors strategies.\n\nReporting support as required.\nCoordinate account management activities in consultation with Clients & Growth Managers or Account Leads.\nWellbeing:\nFoster a strong Health, Safety and Environmental (HSE) culture in the office and comply with all role-specific safety, health, environment and quality obligations.\nReinforce expectations for behaviour and workplace policies and practices.\n Degree in business, marketing, communications, or equivalent experience (minimum)\nMore than 5 years of relevant experience within a professional services or corporate environment\nExperience delivering high-quality BD and work winning support services in demanding and fast paced environments\nExperience working with consulting engineering firms (desired but not essential) \nExperience working with internationally based internal clients (desired but not essential)\nAbility to act as a role model and mentor, motivate and encourage staff to achieve results\nExcellent communication skills in English\nAbility to learn and subsequently train others in WSP systems and processes\nSkilled in managing client expectations and achieving positive outcomes in challenging environments\nExperienced to an advanced level in the Microsoft Suite including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive and
