Join our growing Construction Engineering Management Team and help deliver projects that meet client objectives and address complex challenges.\nYour Impact\nCollaborate directly with Resident Engineers (RE), Field Engineers, and Field Inspectors.\n\nParticipate in preconstruction and construction progress meetings.\n\nEstablish and maintain document control throughout the project.\n\nConfirm that project documentation meets contract requirements. For federally funded projects, verify labor and DBE compliance and review certified payrolls, employee interviews, and inspector diaries.\n\nPrepare contractor pay estimates and change orders, and support the RE with project administration.\n\nReview inspector daily diaries and verify reported quantities.\n\nFollow all client policies and procedures.\n\nWork collaboratively with engineers, inspectors, project controls staff, technicians, and other professionals.\n\nCommunicate periodically with client and contractor personnel.\n\nMake responsible, ethical decisions regarding company resources, and conduct and comply with WSP’s Code of Conduct and related policies and procedures.\n\nPerform other duties as business needs require.\n\nWho You Are\nRequired Qualifications\nMinimum of 3 years of administrative experience with good written and verbal communication skills, customer service skills, interacting with clients, contractors, and internal staff.\n\nHigh School Diploma or GED\n\nBasic math understanding and skills\n\nBasic computer skills (word, Excel, etc.)\n\nValid Arizona State driver’s license.\n\nCompetent interpersonal and communication skills when interacting with others, expressing ideas effectively and professionally to a technical and non-technical audience.\n\nCompetent self-leadership with attention to detail, multi-tasking, and prioritization of responsibilities in a dynamic work environment.\n\nPreferred Qualifications\n5 years of Experience in the Transportation Construction Industry\n\nExperience with ADOT, MCDOT and MAG based agencies\n\nExperience with Federal-aid project requirements including labor compliance, certified payroll, Davis Bacon Wages, DBE reports, and EEO.\n\nKnowledge of relevant construction codes, regulations, compliance practices, and record-keeping requirements.\n\nAbility to read and interpret project plans and specifications, with focus on, line-item payment requirements.\n\nFamiliar with contractor pay requests and supplemental agreements (change
